Scott Balderson
President and CEO
Scott arrived at DYMAX in 1997 along with his father, Clark. He grew up in and around the Balderson Inc. offices and in Wamego, Kansas. Scott brings to DYMAX international business experience, as well as valuable lessons and traditions learned from his father and grandfather about customer service, straightforward business dealings and attention to detail.
Clark Balderson
Chairman and CFO
Clark joined Balderson Inc. in 1970 after spending his childhood surrounded by the ever present family business. He became president of the company in 1982, a position he held until his resignation January 1, 1996. During that time Balderson Inc. grew to be one of the largest suppliers of specialty attachments in the world. He purchased controlling interest in Dymax in March, 1997, where he can be found most days doing everything from answering sales calls to planning future growth.
Rusty Ecord
Director of Sales and Products
Rusty Ecord joins Dymax as Director of Sales and Products, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in equipment, account management, and customer service. Throughout his career, he has led teams, managed key accounts, and built new business from the ground up—all with a focus on delivering results and putting customers first.

KERRY MCDONNELL
Sales Representative
Industries – Ag, Construction, Forestry, Land Clearing, Mining, and Rail
Kerry joined Dymax in 2021. He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in AG Business and a deep loyalty to the K-State Wildcats (It could come up in conversation). Kerry has worked in agriculture as a feed and grain merchandiser and has many contacts within the central US. His eagerness to make connections in the central US has led to him becoming the Dymax Central Region Sales Representative. Kerry would love to speak to you about the wide variety of Dymax products, from agriculture to rail applications.
Eric Rounds
Railway Business Development Manager
INDUSTRIES – CLASS I RAILROADS, SHORT LINE RAILROADS, RAIL CONTRACTORS, CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, AND TRANSITS.
Eric Rounds joined DymaxRail in 2024 as Business Development Manager for North America, bringing hands-on experience in heavy equipment and a successful sales career with Caterpillar dealerships. Growing up in Nebraska and working for his uncle’s earthmoving business shaped Eric’s expertise in machinery. He’s now focused on driving growth in hi-rail systems, railway vehicles, and specialized attachments. Connect with Eric to explore innovative solutions for the rail industry.
Ivaylo Dinev
International Sales & Marketing Manager
Industries – Ag, Construction, Forestry, Land Clearing, Mining and Rail
Ivaylo began working for Dymax in 2015 as the European Sales Representative. By 2018, he became the European Sales Manager and, in 2022, was promoted to Export Sales Manager. Dinev received his MBA from Pace University in New York and went on to work for a leading export management company, followed by stints as Eastern European Sales Manager for a major manufacturer of tracked skid steer machines.
He is responsible for all sales and marketing activities outside North America for Dymax Inc. and Dymax Rail and is involved in railway, mining, construction, agriculture, and forestry markets.
Kaycia VanSickle
Sales Controller and Coordinator
Kaycia Joined Dymax in 2020 working in purchasing, planning and production.
Prior to joining Dymax, She was in the steel industry for 25 years, working in Sales, Inventory Control and Purchasing. She grew up in a small farming community north of Manhattan and was raised with a get-it-done approach.

Carl Williams
Product and Customer Experience Manager
Industries – Ag, Construction, Forestry, Land clearing, Mining and Rail
Carl started at Dymax in the early 2000s as a welder building large mining products, including dozer blades and rock buckets. Over the years he’s gained knowledge of sales, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering. He currently serves as Dymax’s Product and Customer Experience Manager.
Jeff Grieshaber
Product Support Coordinator
Industries – Rail, Construction, Industrial Manufacturing, and Specialty Equipment
Jeff Grieshaber leads product support and service at Dymax/DymaxRail. He takes a hands-on, practical approach focused on real-world support and fast problem-solving.
Jeff brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and operations experience, rooted in family-owned businesses. He spent much of his career at Travalong Trailers, where he worked his way up from the shop floor to Chief Operations Officer and part owner.
His background spans production, quality, welding, and custom product development. The goal is simple: responsive support and a consistently strong customer experience.
