President and CEO
Scott arrived at DYMAX in 1997 along with his father, Clark. He grew up in and around the Balderson Inc. offices and in Wamego, Kansas. Scott brings to DYMAX international business experience, as well as valuable lessons and traditions learned from his father and grandfather about customer service, straightforward business dealings and attention to detail.
Chairman and CFO
Clark joined Balderson Inc. in 1970 after spending his childhood surrounded by the ever present family business. He became president of the company in 1982, a position he held until his resignation January 1, 1996. During that time Balderson Inc. grew to be one of the largest suppliers of specialty attachments in the world. He purchased controlling interest in Dymax in March, 1997, where he can be found most days doing everything from answering sales calls to planning future growth.
West Territory Sales Manager
Randy Dunbar joined Dymax in 2024. He understands what customers need when buying attachments thanks to his 30+ year career in equipment rentals and sales. Most recently, he spent 17 years as a sales representative at Quinn Cat in California. Randy is excited to build relationships with all of our dealers and customers, so give him a call today to speak about Dymax’s rail, mining, construction, forestry, and ag products.
Sales Representative
Kerry joined Dymax in 2021. He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in AG Business and a deep loyalty to the K-State Wildcats (It could come up in conversation). Kerry has worked in agriculture as a feed and grain merchandiser and has many contacts within the central US. His eagerness to make connections in the central US has led to him becoming the Dymax Central Region Sales Representative. Kerry would love to speak to you about the wide variety of Dymax products, from agriculture to rail applications.
Product and Customer Experience Manager
Carl started at Dymax in the early 2000’s as a welder building large mining products, including dozer blades and rock buckets. Over the years he’s gained knowledge of sales, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering. He currently serves as Dymax’s Product and Customer Experience Manager.
Sales Controller and Coordinator
Kaycia Joined Dymax in 2020 working in purchasing, planning and production.
Product Manager/Coordinator & Claims
John joined Dymax in 2016. A Kansas native, John grew up working on the family farm near Lecompton, KS. He became a certified Diesel Mechanic in 1998. He spent time as a welder before joining Sauer-Danfoss in Lawrence, KS. At Danfoss, John learned all about hydraulic motors, pumps and troubleshooting complex hydraulic systems. He eventually became one of the leading Engineering Technicians for Danfoss. John most recently worked on robotic automation systems and served as maintenance coordinator for Big Heart Pet Brands in Topeka, Kansas. Troubleshooting is his middle name!
International Sales & Marketing Manager
Ivaylo began working for Dymax in 2015 as the European Sales Representative. By 2018 he became the European Sales Manager and, in 2022, was promoted to Export Sales Manager. Dinev received his MBA from Pace University in New York and went on to work for a leading export management company, followed by stints as Eastern European Sales Manager for a major manufacturer of tracked skid steer machines.
He is responsible for all sales and marketing activities outside North America for Dymax Inc. and Dymax Rail and is involved in railway, mining, construction, agriculture, and forestry markets.
