CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

  • Diverter valve kit for machines without dedicated coupler hydraulics, using an existing hydraulic circuit to lock and unlock the coupler from the cab.
  • Hook assembly options, including blank and flat hooks, to help adapt certain existing pin-on attachments to quick coupler systems.
  • Severe-service coupler configurations, including heavier top tubes, oversized locking pins, and upsized lock cylinders.
  • Manual pin configuration.

HYDRAULIC REQUIREMENTS

Your machine will require an auxiliary 3rd valve in order to unlock and lock the quick coupler pins.

CIRCUIT 1 – Coupler Lock/Unlock
– Type: Two-way (bi-directional)
– GPM (min/max) 5-10, PSI (min/max) 2,000/ 3,000

If using Dymax electro kit, your connection should be into a circuit less than 24GPM flow rates capable of 2,000-3,000 psi.

NOT SUPPLIED: Not provided with hoses from coupler to the machine lines.
