Friona Industries Upgrades to Dymax Buckets

When you’ve got over half a million cattle to feed across eight feedyards, the last thing you want is downtime from a broken bucket. So when Friona Industries decided to upgrade its loader fleet last year, they knew they needed durable attachments to match.

The company purchased five Dymax buckets to go with its new John Deere wheel loaders.

“We did a side-by-side comparison when we delivered the buckets. You could really see the difference in quality compared to their previous brand,” said Kerry McDonnell, Dymax sales rep. “I made sure to stick around for a few hours, have lunch with the team, and watch them test out the new loaders. It was important to put a face to the name and ensure the operators felt comfortable with the buckets.”

This deal wouldn’t have happened without our partners at Yellowhouse Machinery, the oldest John Deere equipment dealership west of the Mississippi River. Yellowhouse sold the loaders to Friona and coordinated with Dymax on prompt delivery of the buckets.
