FLAT FLOOR VS. WEDGE FLOOR
Not every General Purpose Bucket should be built the same. The right choice depends on machine size, breakout force, and the kind of loading work the bucket will handle every day.
Best for smaller wheel loaders and lighter-duty general loading applications where the added structure of a wedge floor is not always necessary. Flat-floor buckets are well-suited for everyday work such as dirt loading, aggregate handling, and other general material movement.
Built for larger loaders and more demanding conditions where added floor strength matters. The wedge-floor design adds structural support under the floor to help transfer loads more effectively. The result is a stronger bucket for higher-breakout-force applications such as aggregate loading, tougher digging, and prying work.
